ZOYA Earth Day Nail Polish Exchange is ON!!

 

 

Basically, you can get 6-24 nail polishes for 50% off excluding the pixie polishes (bummer). You can send back the same amount of polishes you bought, or none at all, I don’t think they really keep track of it. I took advantage of this last year, but I just can’t justify it this year, I have gotten SOOO much nail polish lately, including the entire Zoya Pixie summer collection. To clarify the exchange: You do not have to send us the exact amount of bottles that you are ordering. You can send any quantity up to that amount. You can also donate. Be Pale No More!! Sun Goddess Sunless Tanner Review

I was recently lucky enough to be chosen to receive a free bottle of Sun Goddess Sunless Tanner to review, and to be honest I was a little scared. I am naturally fair complected and I’ve tried sunless tanners in the past with disastrous results. They are messy and hard to use in my experience. But I was bound and determined to make Sun Goddess work because the claims were large and I wanted a great tan!!

The 8 oz bottle includes a nice quality pair of black application gloves that I have used more than once, so I’d consider them re-usable.

This is a list of qualities from the Sun Goddess website that this sunless tanner claims and I’d honestly have to agree on all of them!!

• Beautiful, Dark, Golden Brown Color-yep!
• Tans Instantly-I did notice color right away
• Quick Drying-it did dry almost instantly
• Sunless Tan Will Last Up To 10 Days-I only went 5 days, but I didn’t notice any fade
• Tan Will Not Rub Off On Clothing-I didn’t notice any stains on my clothes
• Smells Delicious-smells like tanning lotion, not bad or good to me
• Animal Cruelty Free-awesome
• Application Gloves Included-they are high quality and I’ve used them more than once

The first thing I did was hop in the shower and I exfoliated VERY well. I used a high quality sea salt scrub and massaged into my skin, focusing on my knees, elbows and feet. Then I shaved my legs. It’s important to apply the scrub first, THEN to shave if you’re using a salt scrub. If you use the scrub after you shave it’ll burn like heck! Then I used a quick drying spray moisturizer after my shower and let it dry. I put my hair up, put on my gloves and got to work. I basically started from my legs and worked my way up. I went slow and took care to get every spot. The lotion dried quickly and I did notice color right away. I put on lounge clothes and hung around the house for 3 hours, then showered again and I didn’t notice any washing off of the tan, even though the bottle said that was possible. I also didn’t notice any rub off on my clothes. I’m impressed, honestly I am. I’m not good with sunless tanners, but this one turned out really well. I have applied it 2 more times since my initial test, and I still love it.

Here is after 3 applications. I went about 5 days between applications and I didn’t notice any color fade.
